Communicate with Engineering and Product stakeholders across the organisationProactively seek opportunities for architectural improvements and transformationWork with selected squads reviewing and advising on technical design plans, finding and using best practice and emerging technologiesBe responsible for solving complex and high risk issues or delivering architecture designAssure the service design and system quality, ensuring the technical work fits into the broader strategy of InteractUndertake structured analysis of technical issues / projects (during project scoping), translating this analysis into technical designs that describe a solution – and facilitating Technical Leads to do the same with your oversightReview in-flight projects during each sprint, focusing on architectural design choices, and provide and architectural sign‑off on a solution prior to releaseWork closely on strategic architectural projectsBe consulted about design and provide design patternsIdentify and fix deeper issues that need fixingLook for opportunities to collaborate and reuse components, communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersContribute, create, and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, patterns, and principles – and provide regular sessions to the wider Engineering team for training, and calibration – reducing overall solution entropy and fractured implementation / patternsJob Details
