Key responsibilities :
Clinical Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the main clinic and mobile clinics, ensuring all clinical services meet high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management :
Lead and manage clinical projects from inception to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Quality Assurance :
Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.Conduct regular quality audits and address any non-compliance issues.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient outcomes.IT Operations :
Oversee the IT infrastructure supporting clinical operations, and ensure the integration and effective use of clinical information systems and electronic health records (EHR).Coordinate with IT teams to address any technical issues impacting clinical operations.Leadership and Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical and operational staff, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and cost-effectiveness.Strategic Planning :
Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning clinical operations with the company's goals and objectives.Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinical services.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.Other Functions
Perform such other tasks and duties that may be assigned in accordance with the needs of the Company.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.Preferably with experience in clinic or hospital operations , mobile healthcare services, or outpatient care settings.Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations .Proven experience in project management , including planning, execution, and budget oversight.Knowledgeable in quality assurance programs and healthcare compliance (DOH, PhilHealth, etc.).Familiarity with healthcare IT systems , particularly electronic health records (EHR), and ability to work with IT teams for system support and improvements.Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to build and mentor cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.Effective communicator with experience engaging multiple stakeholders and managing change.Willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.Job Type : Full-time
