Job Description
This is a remote position.
Handle ATO lodgements and reporting : Including lodge tax returns, send / mailing of ATO reports / letters, manage ATO correspondence via Teams phone and own email address.
Corporate compliance using CAS 360 (preferred) : Manage annual returns and standard ASIC forms (e.g., 484, 362), address changes, officer appointments etc.
Client Communications : Phone handling via Microsoft Teams ; transfer calls; draft / send client letters, Coordinate with ASIC (routine filings and follow-ups), basic triage, document prep.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Experience with managing ASIC forms and assisting with corporate secretarial work
Experience with ATO including phone calls, lodgments and payment plans
Assist in completing new setup details in Australia
