Job Summary

The Regional Director – Visayas will lead and manage the region’s overall business operations to achieve organizational goals and profitability targets. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening partnerships across franchising, manufacturing, logistics, food industry operations, commissary, and maintenance.

The position plays a key role in revitalizing the business network by fostering customer-centricity, driving innovation, improving performance, and promoting transparency across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall business operations in the Visayas region to meet revenue, profitability, and performance goals.

Control operating costs and maximize revenue generation.

Build and maintain strong supplier, franchisee, and stakeholder relationships.

Analyze business operations, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.

Develop a thorough understanding of company products and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with department teams to evaluate and pursue new market opportunities.

Ensure operational alignment with company vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Oversee regional compliance, process improvements, and quality standards.

Coach and mentor leaders across functions to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, or related field .

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of senior management experience , preferably in the food or retail industry .

Proven leadership in franchising, manufacturing, logistics, commissary, and food industry operations .

Track record of achieving or exceeding financial and operational targets.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and coaching capabilities.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office ; background in project management preferred.
