Audit Compliance Manager

Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.

Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.

Work with department heads to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

Assess the adequacy of policies, procedures, and processes to mitigate risk.

Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in audit and compliance roles, preferably within FMCGindustry.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with a major diversified beverage company in the Philippines.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
