Job Description :

• Handle customer interactions : Answer questions, address concerns, and provide information about products and services through phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Resolve issues : Troubleshoot problems, handle complaints, and process returns or exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions : Take orders, calculate charges, and process payments or billing.
• Maintain records : Accurately document customer interactions and update customer account information.
• Collaborate and escalate : Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary.
• Follow up : Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
