REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail
Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Basic Networking
- Basic Troubleshooting
- Basic Hardware Support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers)
- Basic Software Support (Basic MS Office, Computer Software)
- Basic Communication to user for support via phone, chat and email.
- Basic knowledge POS set up
- Willing to travel from different remote location for support.
- Basic CCTV configuration
- Knowledgeable for biometric
- Basic troubleshooting Printer
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to hardware and application-based issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when needed
- Salary range : 25,000 to 26,000 (Includes meal allowance and service charge)
