Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree of Business Administration Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Proficient in oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject for collection.
- Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.
- Evaluates sales orders subject for processing and approval.
- Prepares AR reports and files collection copies
