We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, executing the company’s business strategies, and ensuring alignment across all departments. This role requires a strong leader with a track record of building scalable systems, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day operations of the company and drive execution of the strategic business plan.
- Oversee and improve company-wide systems, processes, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Manage department heads (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure goals are met across all functional areas.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor company performance by analyzing data and metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Champion a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s values and mission.
- Lead efforts in talent acquisition, retention, and team development in collaboration with HR.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as COO or in a similar executive leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred).Strong understanding of business functions such as operations, finance, marketing, and HR.Experience scaling operations in a high-growth company.Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.Analytical and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.Experience in Construction Industry is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
