Internal (Company-Focused) : o Develop and implement SEO, PPC, email, and social media strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation. o Oversee the design and optimization of the company website, sales funnels, and landing pages for conversions. o Create content briefs and coordinate with freelancers / agencies for campaign deliverables. o Analyze campaign data and provide actionable reports for decision-making. o Manage online reputation, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
External (Customer / Partner-Focused) : o Design and produce marketing materials (pitch decks, presentations, case studies) for client and partner use. o Assist in creating digital campaigns or microsites for customers / partners if part of a collaboration. o Support external marketing events, product launches, and client activations with content and visuals. o Provide digital consultation to partners or prospects, showcasing the company’s expertise. o Assist in client-specific proposals with tailored content, visuals, and landing pages when needed.
Collaborative / Strategic : o Coordinate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. o Liaise with creative freelancers, agencies, and third-party vendors for specialized design and content needs. o Support cross-department initiatives (Sales, Marketing, HR) with visuals and content as needed.
