We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated Sales Outreach Specialist (AI SaaS) to help drive outbound pipeline for a fast-growing AI automation company. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through LinkedIn and email outreach , setting meetings with IT leaders, ServiceNow professionals, and enterprise decision-makers.

This role is ideal for someone who’s strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently , with a sharp understanding of how to craft compelling outreach that converts.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

📬 Outbound Prospecting

  • Execute multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social platforms to generate qualified meetings.
  • Personalize messaging and tailor outreach sequences for enterprise IT and SaaS prospects .
  • Use AI and automation tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • 📈 Lead Qualification & Handoff

  • Identify and engage decision-makers across IT, ServiceNow, and enterprise tech functions.
  • Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and business potential.
  • Book meetings and coordinate handoffs with the internal sales or leadership team.
  • 🧠 Campaign Strategy & Tools

  • Help build and optimize outbound sequences and prospect lists.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies and continuously improve response rates.
  • Bonus : Assist in setting up or maintaining email warming systems to improve deliverability.
  • 🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategy.
  • Communicate progress and insights from prospect interactions to improve positioning and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM or prospecting platforms.
  • ✅ Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Specialist , preferably in IT, SaaS, or enterprise technology .
  • Proven success generating qualified meetings through LinkedIn and email outreach .
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to craft clear, engaging, and concise messages.
  • Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, or Outreach.io .
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and resourceful — you take initiative without needing constant direction.
  • Comfortable working PST hours and aligning with North American business schedules.
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience with email warming tools or deliverability optimization.
  • Background in AI, ServiceNow, or IT automation environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles and B2B prospecting best practices.
