About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Scheduling Specialist to manage therapy schedules for ABA and autism service providers. This role focuses on high-volume scheduling coordination, day-of changes, and consistent communication with families and technicians.

You will be responsible for maintaining schedule accuracy, minimizing lost therapy hours, and ensuring families feel supported during changes. This role requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and comfort working in fast-moving scheduling environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule adjustments and technician call-outs
• Coordinate backfills and make-up sessions efficiently
• Apply scheduling rules defined by each provider
• Track and document recovered therapy hours
• Build and maintain future schedules in Aloha
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally
• Follow SOPs and contribute improvement ideas
