Responsibilities :

Develop and execute creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.

Design engaging digital assets, including banners, infographics, short animations, and promotional materials.

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while continuously exploring fresh creative directions.

Stay up to date with design trends, Web3 culture, and emerging tools to drive innovation in visual communication.

Support UI / UX design requirements for landing pages, websites, or in-app visuals when needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative content, or visual communication; experience within the crypto, fintech, or tech industry is a strong advantage.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and versatility across digital media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

Solid understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain concepts, and online community aesthetics (memes, NFT art, etc.).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Proficiency in using AI design tools is essential.
