Position Overview :
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s online marketing efforts. The role involves creating content, managing social media platforms, assisting in digital campaigns, and analyzing performance data to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Social Media Management :
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in developing creative materials such as graphics, captions, videos, and promotional posts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries on social media and respond promptly.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Digital Campaign Support :
Assist in planning and implementing online marketing campaigns and promotions.Support email marketing initiatives including content creation and sending updates / newsletters.Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements (photos, product details, pricing, etc.).Website & Online Presence :
Assist in updating website content, product details, and announcements.Help ensure accuracy and completeness of online listings, catalogs, and digital product information.Analytics & Reporting :
Track and analyze social media and campaign performance metrics.Prepare weekly / monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.Provide data-based insights to improve digital marketing strategies.Administrative & Marketing Support :
Maintain digital asset folders (photos, videos, raw files).Assist in brainstorming marketing ideas, content plans, and brand strategies.Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Supervisor / Manager.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is an advantage.Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).Good writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.Familiar with photo / video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps is a plus).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.Key Competencies :
