Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead and oversee our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven experience in managing development teams, and the ability to oversee the successful launch of IT operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the IT Operations division, managing day‑to‑day activities and long‑term initiatives.
  • Oversee a team of developers, project managers, and business analysts, ensuring efficient collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and scale IT solutions.
  • Manage projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating technical insights into business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Technical Background : 3‑5 years of experience as a programmer or in a related technical role.
  • Leadership Experience : Proven track record of managing development teams, including project managers and business analysts.
  • International Exposure : Experience working abroad or with foreign-invested companies.
  • English Proficiency : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Management Experience : Experience in roles akin to CTO or COO is a plus.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in establishing and leading new divisions in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with international work cultures, especially within multinational corporations.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
