Own the overall P&L and performance of the beauty unit.
Develop and implement growth strategies across product, brand, marketing, and distribution.
Lead the product development lifecycle in collaboration with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teamsfrom ideation to launch.
Drive brand innovation by staying ahead of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
Oversee go-to-market strategies, campaign planning, and digital-first brand activations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, digital, creative, and operations.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of category, brand, and marketing professionals.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in brand / category management, product development, or general management roles in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
Proven success in launching or scaling beauty or skincare brands.
Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and business strategy.
Deep understanding of consumer trends in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Experience in digital-first or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage.
