Overview

Join to apply for the Branch Manager-Quezon City role at Dempsey Resource Management .

Working location : Quezon City

Working schedule : Monday to Saturday

Working time : Mall time 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm

Salary : Basic salary from 25k to 30k plus commission and good perks (to be discussed during the interview)

Required experience : Candidates must have experience from Retail, Hotel and Aesthetic Industry as a Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the branch’s efficient daily operation
Achieve sales targets and drive sales performance
Deliver service culture effectively to clients
Motivate and guide the team, assess situations quickly, and solve problems
Ensure high standards of operations and customer service

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably medical or business related

Minimum of 3 years experience in handling store / branch management, particularly in Wellness & Grooming industry; 2 to 3 years in supervisory or managerial level

Highly organized and able to motivate the team; strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Sound judgment in handling basic to vital decisions; strong negotiation and customer-facing skills

Able to lead and handle cross-functional / collaborative roles
