Job Description
The Treasury Assistant is responsible for ensuring that payment requests are properly supported, reviewing related documentation before processing payments, organizing and filing financial documents. Key tasks include verifying invoices, confirming payment approval, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all payments are made on time and in accordance with company policies. The role also involves assisting with administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the Finance Unit.

Requirements
Essential Skills, Knowledge, or Experience : Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Understanding budget tracking, bank reconciliations, and cash management. Familiarity with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting Desirable Skills, Knowledge, or Experience : High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
