Inventory Management
Safeguards and monitors the movement of store's total inventory to ensure availability of stocks for selling and maintaining zero variance

Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature

Monitors aging stocks

Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and report discrepancies, if any

Issues correct stocks and assigns to specialist via MTPOS

Updates the team on status of inventory items

Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out

Coordinates with other custodians to source out customers' required stocks

Follows the FIFO (first in, first out) policy when getting/assigning stocks

Updates SIR upon every issuance of stocks to specialists

Performs physical count of stocks delivered and matches details with delivery documents

Accepts delivery of items by signing GTS (delivery receipt) in the presence of the courier

Updates receipt of delivery items in MTPOS

Forecasts store's stock level requirement of inventory items for selling based on price bulletin/hero offers

Triggers request of needed inventory items

Monitors , Performs, and Complete & Reports ECPay machine sim inventory procedure as per cascaded process.
