Required Experience :

・Having experience with Microsoft, especially Excel, in working

・Having experience as an interpreter for at least 2 years.

・Having experience as an Admin for at least 1 year.

・Having experience in a Japanese company

・Those who can tolerate the smell of rubber or chemicals

・Having experience in a manufacturing company

Job Description :

・Attend meetings and handle interpretation tasks as well as take minutes (interpretation duties).

・ Has to help communication among production control staff and the Japanese manager On-site factory.

・Translate instructions and other documents from the Japanese headquarters into English.

・Perform tasks requested by the Japanese manager as needed.

・Manage and monitor the monthly schedule.

・Provide support to the Japanese resident manager.

・Assist with visits from sales representatives coming from the Japanese headquarters.

・Oversee the management of facilities and office supplies.

・Manage contracts (translation work may occasionally be required)

・Carry out tasks assigned by the Japanese manager.
