Technician for Cooling Tower Water Treatment & Maintenance

Responsible for performing inspections, water quality testing, chemical treatment, and repairs to ensure cooling tower systems operate efficiently and safely. Key duties include cleaning equipment, diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, maintaining detailed records of all activities, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
• A degree in Environmental Science or Chemical Engineering is preferred for more advanced roles, and technical training in industrial maintenance
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Certification, TESDA NC II) are often required or preferred.
• Certifications like the Certified Water Treatment Professional (CWTP) can enhance credentials.
• Proven experience as an HVAC or maintenance technician, with specific experience in cooling tower systems being ideal.
