the Admin Officer is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations & Executive Chef with the administration and smooth running of the department. Primarily responsible for organizing work, follow up / tracing of pending project, and ensuring that the company is maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls according to resort standards.
- Ensures proper requisitioning and control of office supplies; follows up on delivery of materials where needed.
- Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly.
- Handles and follows up on assignments as assigned by superior.
- Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.
- Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues and outside agencies whenever necessary.
- Ensures security and upkeep of all division confidential files.
- Informs concerned personnel of the meeting details and sends out calendar invites
when necessary.
Takes minutes of the meeting; ensures minutes are disseminated within twenty-four(24) hours
Assist in monitoring food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with hotel andregulatory standards.
Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS
