Job description

Position : Customer Service Representative – Consumer Electronics (US)

Location : G / F Giga Tower, Bridgetowne Business Park (C-5), E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong Norte, Quezon City

Start Date : Every Monday of the Month

Salary : Up to ₱26,000 + incentives (up to ₱35,000 total)

Qualifications :

With at least 6 Months BPO Experience (Tech / TSR is preffered)
High School Graduate
Strong English communication and tech troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries and technical concerns

Troubleshoot product issues efficiently

Deliver high-quality service and meet key metrics
