Those in SAP Customer at PwC focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications, enabling clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your proficiency in SAP TM, Hybris Billing, C4C, and other SAP applications to deliver quality results, while developing top‑performing teams and solving complex business issues.
