Company Nurse (40934) - Lima Technology

QUALIFICATIONS : ・ Registered Nurse

・ Experience in emergency and palliative care (first aid, vital signs monitoring, health counseling, medicine dispensing)

・ Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and workplace health programs

・ Experience in handling employee medical records and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, etc.)

・ Strong coordination skills for medical, recruitment, and administrative tasks

Preference :

• Experience in conducting health and safety training
• Background in handling pre-employment medical requirements and annual physical exams
• Familiarity with processing medical and dental billings
• Experience in home / hospital visits for employee medical care

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Medical Care & Emergency Response :

・Providing emergency and palliative care within the legal scope of nursing (first aid, vital signs monitoring, health counseling, dispensing medicine, etc.) in the absence of the company physician.

・Assessing and determining employees' health status after illness.

・Conducting home / hospital visits to provide necessary treatment and assistance.

・Attending to medical cases requiring emergency hospital care.

・Assisting the company physician during medical interventions.

Medical & Health Administration :

・Coordinating with recruitment regarding pre-employment medical requirements.

・Maintaining individual medical records of all employees.

・Assisting in the Annual Physical Examination of employees.

・Processing medical-related documents for SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO.

・Monitoring and maintaining employee leave records.

Occupational Health & Safety Compliance :

・Supporting all workplace health and safety initiatives.

・Participating in monthly health and safety meetings.

・Conducting health and safety orientations for new employees.

・Processing HMO and dental billings.
