AvantePH is looking for an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of our client in the food and beverage industry. This role is responsible for leading and managing daily operations across multiple restaurant branches, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and consistent brand execution to support customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Store Performance Oversight
- Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and adherence to brand standards
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and branch performance evaluations
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans promptly
2. People Management & Training Oversight
Lead and coach Area Supervisors and Branch Managers to achieve strong team performanceEnsure consistent implementation of SOPs and training programs across branchesWork with HR to manage labor discipline, proper scheduling, and staff engagement initiatives3. Inventory, Cost Control & Supply Chain Coordination
Monitor inventory accuracy, waste management, and cost efficiencyCoordinate with procurement for timely and cost-effective delivery of suppliesApprove and control operational expenses in line with budget4. Customer Experience & Brand Consistency
Ensure each branch provides a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with brand standardsMonitor customer feedback and address concerns efficientlyRecommend service improvements based on customer insights and operational data5. Operational Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and review weekly / monthly operations reports (sales, labor cost, incidents)Identify areas for improvement and lead operational efficiency projectsCollaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Training, and Business Development for aligned effortsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with proven success in managing multi-store teamsStrong background in restaurant P&L, labor management, and cost controlProficient in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and analytics dashboardsWilling to travel frequently across multiple branches in Metro Manila
