Online Sales Officer - 2 Yrs Experience - Baesa, Quezon City

At least 2 years of experience in online sales

Knowledge in machineries, automotive, and agriculture is an advantage

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field relevant to business, sales, and marketing

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales
• Demonstrate product knowledge to conduct demos and answer inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
