About the Role

The client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Java to become the lead / anchor of our development team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that align with our goal to facilitate businesses in their digital transformation journey using Google''''s innovative technologies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work on various solutions primarily using ReactJS and Java.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring team members to ensure best practices.

Qualifications :

• At least 4 years and up of expertise in full stack development with strong experience in ReactJS and Java.
• Expert in full stack development with strong experience in ReactJS and Java.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing software solutions.
• Competency in leading a team and facilitating cross-functional collaborations.

Good to have :

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and related services.
• Experience in IT consulting or a managed services environment.
• Certifications in ReactJS, Java, or Google Cloud technologies would be beneficial.

Soft Skills :

• Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
