Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who also has a solid understanding of basic accounting . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations while also assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and basic financial records
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks (e.g., data entry, expense tracking)
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Help with payroll preparation and government compliance documents (if needed)
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar roleBasic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeepingProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsTrustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential informationBonus Points If You Have
