Job Overview

They are seeking a Part‑Time Head of Growth to design, own, and execute the full‑funnel growth strategy. This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, and customer retention.

The successful candidate will be a proven expert in the recruitment and staffing industries with a verifiable track record of driving B2B growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration. You won’t just manage marketing; you will be the architectural force behind our scalable and profitable growth engine.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

• Define and Own the Growth Funnel : Develop a comprehensive, data‑driven strategy across the entire ‘Acquisition‑Activation‑Retention‑Referral’ (AARRR) model, specifically tailored for B2B offshore staffing services.
• Market Penetration : Identify and prioritize high‑potential target markets, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and unique value propositions that differentiate Roster in a competitive global landscape.
• Budget & ROI Ownership : Manage the growth budget, ensuring all spending is optimized for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency and Lifetime Value (LTV) maximization.
• Reporting & Analytics : Establish clear, actionable KPIs and a rigorous reporting cadence to measure the effectiveness of all growth initiatives, translating data into immediate strategic shifts.
