Schedule : Monday – Friday (7 : 00 AM- 4 : 00 PM)

What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition / recruitment.Proven experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn RPS, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS like Workable, Bullhorn, JobAdder or similar.Experience with recruitment dashboards and reporting via Power BI.Solid understanding of technical roles in infrastructure and development.Familiar with remote hiring best practices and managing Australian and US stakeholders.Skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.What will you do?
Conduct in-depth market analysis prior to client discovery sessions to identify specific requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Conduct market research to develop recruitment strategies for Australian and US clients.Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Infrastructure, Software Development, QA, Data, and Support.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit.Source and assess candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other boards;Coordinate candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.Provide regular updates and talent insights to clients using Power BI recruitment dashboards.Mentor and manage a team of IT recruiters, setting KPIs and driving performance.Conduct client monthly recruitment business updates.Join the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks :
