Qualifications :
4 to 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a Telco BPO account
Proven leadership in managing QA teams, driving performance, and maintaining compliance
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
Available to work in either Pasig or Makati
Salary Offer :
₱90,000 to ₱110,000 (based on experience)
