Warehouse Supervisor

The Area Coordinator is responsible for supervising the daily operational activities related to the services provided to the client. He / She provides administrative and operational support and works closely with the People Serve Head Office Operations Officer to deliver high-quality and timely assistance to the client.

In general, the Area Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client and serves as the liaison between the client and the cooperative at the store level. He / She is also responsible for the supervision and management of the member-owners of People Serve MPC.

Qualifications :

• College level or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operations, customer service, or a coordinator role.
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
