Pharmacy

The Pharmacist (or Pharmacy Assistant) is responsible for dispensing medications, providing accurate pharmaceutical information, and ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment. This role supports daily pharmacy operations, promotes excellent customer service, and upholds regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately dispense prescribed medications and check for possible drug interactions.

Provide professional advice on proper medication use, dosage, and side effects.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations

Assist customers with inquiries regarding over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.

Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure proper storage of medicines.

Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, and controlled substances.

Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and company regulations.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions.

Support daily operations, including cashiering, documentation, and customer service.

Promote health awareness and provide counseling to customers when necessary.
