Having experience in building customer relationships. Having experience and being comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information Conduct the company's thorough audit procedures to detect and address audit discrepancies in client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Work closely with carriers and clients to assess their requirements and guarantee the delivery of superior service. Lead or take part in reconciliation sessions, audit reviews, and team meetings to assess audit performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements, and utilize KPI. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity. Recognize non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
