Job descriptionEngineering qualification in mechanical or Food engineering Min. 5 years’ experience in similar functions in a Food, Dairy or Beverage LIQUID process engineering Experience in liquid process solution development. Experience in plant commissioning. Experience in automation and instrumentation Fluent in English (verbal and written) Deep technical knowhow Open minded to new ideas and innovation (change champion) Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable in working with multiple companies, locations and cultures.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Key Duties
- Project EngineeringProject Engineering tasks such as finalize P&ID, equipment & pipe sizing, prepare all technical detail, cost estimate before sending RFQ (request for quotation) to suppliers .Give inputs to Tech. Design to produce all kind of drawings (P&ID, Layout, Platform, 3D, etc.) which required for a project & then review them.Writing process description or FDS (functional design specificaiotn) for Automation to develope software.Project Engineering generates equipment lists from database and fills in specifications of all equipmentMaintaining project documentation to GEA standards.Software & Hardware FATSite commissioningMaintain documentation during site install, testing and commissioning.
