CEBU SALES MANAGER
Major Deliverables:
- Increase and Sustainability of Cebu Branch Sales
- Critical thinking pertaining to sales
- Creates sales report, analyze trends for sales opportunities
- Create action plans to address challenges
- Streamline sales pipeline
Main Tasks:
- Team Management both Field and Inside Sales
- Create sales strategies for the Cebu Sales Team
- Push Cebu Sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Continuously monitor daily sales and provide constant updates
- Perform one on one coaching and feedback
- Implement a refresher training for the Cebu Sales Team
- Constantly look at inventory of merchandise
- Handles his/her own clients
- Streamline Processes
- Accepts escalations
Required Skills:
- Very good English communication skills
- Leadership traits
- Excel Skills Pivot, Vlookup and other functions
- Negotiation Skills
- Good mathematic skills
