Job descriptionReconciling Outstanding Refunds : Daily reconciliation of refunds across different entities to ensure accurate and timely processing. Analyzing Refund Eligibility : Examining payer remittances and other relevant data to determine if refunds are warranted. Processing Refunds : Accurately processing refunds in accordance with established procedures, contracts, and regulations. Maintaining Records : Keeping organized and updated records of all refund activities for audit purposes.
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Ayala, Makati)
Shift Schedule : Nightshift
Requirements :
- AP and AR Experience
- Above average communication skills
- Open to Fresh Graduates (Graduates of Finance and Accounting Courses)
