Responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment and selection, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, and safekeeping of HR Files.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field (preferably with a master’s degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience, preferably in managing human resources in academe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and other aspects of human resource operations.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality.
