Web Developer

• Build custom platforms for large well-known brands alongside UX Designers, Product Owners & Product Managers.
  
• Implement functionally sound responsive web applications based on proposed designs and scope.
  
• Help maintain long running applications and continually update them to the latest design, security and technological standards.
  
• Contribute to technically complex projects involving AI, maps and more.
  

Requirements

• With at least 5 years of experience in web development.
  
• Upholds maintainable, performant, and secure coding practices.
  
• Has a deep understanding of debugging methodologies.

Hiring Bonus – Terms & Conditions

• Open to external candidates hired for select roles: Web Developer (Mid to Lead), Mobile Developer (Mid to Senior), and Product Owner (Junior to Lead)
  
• Eligible hires will receive a hiring bonus equivalent to 100% of the gross monthly salary
  
• Candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements within the offer period
  
• To qualify for the hiring bonus, candidates must be able to start on or before March 31, 2026
  
• The hiring bonus will be paid 50% on the first payroll and 50% on the work anniversary, and any paid amount will be deducted from receivables or final pay if the employee resigns or is terminated before full payout.
