Key Responsibilities
Account Management :
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Retailers, Watsons in priority, becoming their trusted advisor and L'Oréal medical brands expert.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Create and execute impactful annual business plans for your accounts, leveraging your understanding of commercial agreements, marketing strategies, and retail opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
Negotiation & Deal Making
Lead complex negotiations with key accounts, securing favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
Performance Analysis & Optimization : Continuously track account performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results.
Collaboration & Communication : Work cross-functionally with SBI internal teams (Medical, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution and deliver a unified message to your accounts. Daily / weekly collaboration with med reps in field.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team on Retailer side, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration with marketing and medical teams from SBI and LOreal LID sides, and continuous improvement.
Technical & Professional Competencies Required

A deep understanding of retail dynamics, analysis of data, sales drivers, and the ability to develop winning account strategies that align with business objectives.

Education, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager at a national level.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, with a strong command of data analysis techniques.
Operational knowledge of systems is essential.
