Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations (Asset Management) to provide strategic and operational leadership across asset management and investment businesses. This executive role will drive growth, ensure profitability, oversee multi-business operations, and work closely with C-level executives and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of asset management strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to executives on investments, portfolio diversification, and business performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units.
• Set and monitor sales and revenue targets to achieve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, BSP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and investment risks.
• Present business, financial, and operational updates to senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.
• Proven leadership and operational excellence in asset management or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in capital planning, investment oversight, and profitability management.
• Executive-level communication and board presentation skills.
• Strategic foresight with risk management and governance expertise.
• Ability to originate new business opportunities and leverage external networks.
• Skilled in managing multiple businesses and teams simultaneously.
