Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with billing questions, plan upgrades, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly and professional manner
  • Follow company procedures and achieve performance targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or higher (College Fresh Graduates Welcome)
  • No BPO experience required — training will be provided
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset
