Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with billing questions, plan upgrades, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly and professional manner
Follow company procedures and achieve performance targets
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications
Senior High School graduate or higher (College Fresh Graduates Welcome)
No BPO experience required — training will be provided
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset
