Clinic Operations Lead

Work Setup : On-site in NCR (see available locations below)

Schedule : Day Shift | Mon-Fri ( 8 am-5 pm)

Shift : Rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree

4+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced service and frontline customer-facing (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, hospitality, etc.)

Solid experience in operations management, process improvement, and staff development

Excellent communication skills

Computer-proficient
