Job description

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of BS Automotive Technology, any automotive course or mechanical-related courses.
  • Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply / Parts Supply Store.
  • Has knowledge of Automotive parts and their functions
  • Excellent in Excel & Word.
  • Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.

Job Description :

  • Supervise the Parts Department according to the KPI requirement of the management & Distributor.
  • Oversee & track parts movement. Collect reports from parts personnel.
  • Coordinate with partsman for inbound & outbound reporting.
  • Perform physical spare parts count in all Luzon dealers.
  • Review and analyze inventory reports for any variances / discrepancies.
  • Submit weekly reports to the parts manager.
  • Assist with other duties and when required.
