Senior Sales Manager – Citizenship by Investment | Remote | High-Ticket Deals

Join a global firm licensed to offer Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment programs , processing over 200 clients per year with transactions averaging $130K–$150K USD . Operating through both direct website leads and a network of sub-agents , the company serves international investors outside the U.S. and Commonwealth regions.

Now expanding beyond its founder-led model, the company seeks a Senior Sales Manager to own sales operations, close high-value deals, and drive scalable growth.

Role Highlights

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM AEST

Location : 100% remote

Compensation : Base + high commission potential

Client Value : $130K–$150K per transaction

Contract : Independent Contractor (full-time, long-term role)

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for citizenship-by-investment programs.

Conduct direct client consultations and close high-ticket deals with international investors.

Oversee application packaging and onboarding for processing in Vanuatu.

Manage both direct website leads and partner / sub-agent channels .

Report regularly on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and team performance.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine strategy and processes.

Document and optimize the sales workflow for scale and compliance.

Train and develop future sales team members as the business grows.

What You Bring

5+ years of proven sales experience , including managing $100K+ transactions.

Background in immigration or citizenship-by-investment programs (essential).

Track record of success in closing high-value deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Experience working alongside founders or senior executives.

Strong CRM knowledge (ActiveCampaign preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across international markets.

Understanding of compliance and documentation standards in immigration services.

Comfortable using WhatsApp and integrated communication tools.

Ability to train, mentor, and lead others with a hands-on approach.

Requirements

Proven experience in immigration services, particularly citizenship by investment programs Sales management experience with high-ticket items ($100k+ transactions) Must have at least 5 years of sales experience Experience working closely with a founder / CEO Experience documenting and building out processes Strong communication skills for international client base Experience with CRM systems (ActiveCampaign preferred) Ability to work with WhatsApp and integrated communication platforms Understanding of compliance requirements in immigration services Capability to train and onboard team members
