Key Responsibilities
- Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in the sales area.
- Wipe and clean shelves, counters, glass panels, and product displays.
- Remove trash from sales area and ensure waste bins are clean and covered.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance doors and windows.
1. Product Display & Merchandising
Arrange products neatly on shelves according to display standards (planograms).Ensure price tags are correct and visible.Refill and replenish shelves promptly to avoid out-of-stock displays.2. Customer Service Support
Assist in locating products when customers ask.Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude while on the sales floor.Equipment & Fixture CareKeep chillers, freezers, and other store fixtures clean and functioning.Report any damages, leaks, or malfunctions to the store manager immediately.3. Compliance & Safety
Follow 7-Eleven safety protocols and cleaning schedules.Use cleaning chemicals and tools according to safety guidelines.Ensure walkways and aisles are free from hazards.Assistance to Store Operations
Help in unpacking and transferring stocks to the sales area.Support in simple inventory tasks when needed.Cooperate with the team during rush hours and special promotions.
