Customer Service Representative (Seasonal - 3 Months)

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a seasonal project lasting three (3) months .

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or first-time job seekers who want to gain valuable experience in a professional work environment.

No BPO experience required — we provide the necessary training to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities : Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in a polite and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and empathy.

Record and update customer details in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Meet performance goals such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions.

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications : At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate is a plus).

No prior BPO experience required —we welcome applicants who are eager to learn!

Good communication and active listening skills.

Basic computer navigation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Note : This is a seasonal position for three (3) months only with a total package of ₱18,000 .
