EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

College degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.

WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT :

More than three years similar or related work experience within the banking or payments industry.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

• Must be able to conceptualize new ideas, research the new idea, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
• History of product development and management accomplishments and initiative.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Able to present strategic ideas to senior management and perform product discussion and presentation with members and participants.
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Combined creative and analytical skills
• Above average skill in Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated to learn new technology
• Results Oriented – Meets deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals up to and including the Board of Directors
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
