We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail‑oriented Operations Manager to help streamline operations, support the Project Manager, and oversee cross‑departmental tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments (marketing, logistics, customer service, and product management)
• Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Support the Project Manager by tracking project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights
• Conduct operational analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to management
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring accountability within teams
• Monitor KPIs and maintain operational excellence across all departments
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members when needed
